The food was enjoyable, the service was friendly, and the open area was comfortable.

I had the most incredible experience at the best high tea in Melbourne! I’ve tried them all, and this one stands out. They were exceptionally accommodating for my sister, who has Coeliac disease. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was next-level, especially the gluten-free options—delicious and abundant. There was an endless supply of fabulous coffee and a great selection of teas. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

I organized a reunion, with one friend traveling all the way from Perth, WA. There were requests for a central location, and the Westin Lobby Lounge offered plenty of options. I just knew it was the perfect spot. With fine wine (I opted for bubbly) and delicious food (most of us chose the club sandwiches), it was an ideal setting for reminiscing about the last 20-plus years. Everyone was so impressed that they now want to hold our annual event at the Westin. Thank you for helping me look good! xox

Our high tea was perfectly presented with such attention to detail with deliciousness to match. This was complimented with an amazingly interesting tea menu. Love the fact that it can be ordered at any time, any day.
