I called to book for lunch on Mother's Day on 14/5/2017 as I couldn't book it online. The call was answered by a lady who was very rude. She hung up on me when I was still talking! I called about 5 times and she did the same and I was just trying to ask her a question. I asked her to call the manager and she just put me on hold for 30 minutes! I called again and the call was answered by another staff Kent. I asked for the rude staff's name and he said that he didn't know who it was. I told him that I just spoke with her about 30 seconds before he picked up. He apologised for her. I've been to this place before and the food was really good but I can't say the same for this particular rude staff.

Very high standard yum cha. Great variety and good quality. Even good compare to Hong Kong standard.

Yummy Yum Cha at this very popular and authentic Chinese Restaurant at Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent service and value with a fabulous choice of food.

Been here a few times now. Great food. Trolley service which is the best yumcha. Much prefer trolley over a la carte. The only problem I have is that staff can be a little too efficient. Constantly anty removing plates and rearranging plates and pouring tea just a little to obstrusively. Other than that. A nice place.

This place delivers week on week great food, value for money and fresh ... make sure you book though it's busy Sundays for Yum Cha.
