Fusion Bbq Kitchen Jí Pǐn Shāo Kǎo

We had dinner on Sunday night and were the first group of customers. The restaurant opens in the afternoon at 5:30 PM. By around 5:45 PM, the restaurant was really busy. It is small and requires fast service. Our food came out very quickly, but the lamb was a bit fatty. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend this place. It's advisable to make a booking before going to ensure a spot.

We had a lot of fun at this restaurant, with a wide variety of skewers to choose from. However, the food was quite oily and drowned in an excessive amount of sauce, all with the same flavor. The charcoal BBQ added a nice smoky coal flavor that enhanced the dishes. It would be nice if they offered a variety of sauces to mix things up a bit.

We absolutely adore this place. Every time I crave BBQ wings, I head to Merge BBQ Kitchen. Unlike other places, the wings here are juicy and not burnt. I once had burnt wings elsewhere and it completely ruined the taste. I wouldn't mind having their wings every day.
