Encore Bar and Restaurant - Melbourne

During our stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, we dined at the Encore Restaurant two nights in a row. The service and food were both excellent. I highly recommend the bruschetta as an appetizer. Guy and his staff provided awesome service. The cocktails were also quite good.

Superb service and a great menu. Gluten free is well catered for and the staff are very friendly. The decor is beautifully luxurious. Would highly recommend also for a special occasion.

The bartender Jerome at the Encore Bar was amazing. He was friendly, fun, and made a delicious cocktail. We initially planned to stop by for a quick visit, but ended up staying longer because we had such a great time.

We dropped in here for drinks a couple do times and the bartender was great Made great drinks and was friendly too Comfy seating it’s only small but definitely worth a stop in

The service at this restaurant is excellent and friendly. Our meals, the tomahawk steak and Barramundi, were cooked perfectly. The Barramundi was especially delicious and melted in our mouths. Encore is surprisingly reasonably priced considering the high quality of the food and service. We will definitely be coming back.
