Cotta cafe crown - Melbourne

We were seated quickly and shown to our table. Quick service to order drinks and meal..girl seemed not overly happy as she never even tried to smile even when we made small talk...food arrived and it was good pub food. Lamb shank was cooked to perfection .I tried to make her smile as we paid but i was unsuccessful. .nice place to eat if your in the casino but staff not happy.

Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30pm restaurant was very busy and full was told 30 minute wait which we agreed to as we do love the parmas here. Girl at front desk was very friendly and our wait time was less than her estimated time which was good, but that's where the service stopped. Was seated and waited around another 15-20 minutes to even place our order (not happy) during this time we were not even given or offered bottled water which is usually provided when you are seated but noticed other tables were being privileged with this service. I do understand that the venue was busy but there appeared to be a lot of young staff members walking around aimlessly. One young girl who was resetting tables finally decided to take our order. Food came out quick and was very large and delicious servings as always. I do not advise going here on a Saturday night unless you enjoy sub standard service.

Great spot at casino for reasonably priced meal, generous serves and fairly quick service if you wanted to go before or after a show/footy etc.6 or more types of parmi's I had the Mexican it waa fresh hot and just enuf touch of spicy.!! Others had salmon and couple appetisers all said good, hot

Service was good and the prices reasonable . Food was pub grub, better in the area than this. Keep walking people

Really liked this place. Food was delicious we ordered the potato skins, chicken special and the fish special. The servings were decent size and packed full of flavour. The atmosphere was great it gave us a little quiet time from the nosiey gaming room floor. Will definately come back.
