Bohemian Bar and Restaurant - Melbourne

We had a great lunch outside today with some great wines and tasting plates for starters. We also had complimentary cheese, grapes etc. with the wine. The dips and bread, pizzas, halloumi salad, calamari salad, chicken popcorn, waygu meatballs and polenta and halloumi fries were...really good. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Caught up with other couples for rekaxing sunday arvo.Food and wine delicious at very reasonable prices. Service attentive and friendly. Ambience excellent. Parking easy.Great to be out and about again enjoying a day out with friends

Just average- over priced. Ordinary quality food. Only eat here if you have to. Just don’t get the gf bun on your burger.

Now, I am a pretty positive type of person and will look on the good side of any place. Disappointing! Six of us rocked up for an early dinner and were thinking about tapas. We waited a bit as there were very few people there...and I wondered if I needed to order at the bar. It has changed hands as the menu was not Argentinian any more. So I asked the guy, do I come to you or are you coming to me?? His reply, I come to you. I am busy right now Totally lost me! Could have said, I will be there in a minute Sorry! Walked out! Disappointing. No cheers from me....

I am not one to usually write reviews, but this afternoon I had such a great experience that I had to break my cone of silence. Beautiful Sunday out in Melbourne, touch of shopping at DFO, finished with a glass of wine and a cheese...board, touch of sun and an acoustic guitarist. Accompanied with a big funny waiter with witty banter. Classic Melbourne. Well done!
