Twenty minutes later, they informed us that they couldn't make the Sicilian pizza because they were out of dough. Really? They could’ve just made a regular sausage pizza instead. I was ready to leave, but since it was my girlfriend's birthday and she wanted pizza before her movie, I stayed. Another 25 minutes went by before they brought out the pizza, but they still hadn’t delivered the appetizers we ordered. They then told us that the calamari had been ready for 15 minutes but wasn’t brought to the table, and they had forgotten the salad dressing as well. They decided just to skip the salad altogether. When the calamari finally arrived, it was cold and rubbery, and I couldn’t finish it. We tried the sausage pizza, which was something I could have easily made at home. After that, we left and have no plans to return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I asked if the calamari was fresh, the response was an apology, but that didn’t suffice. I suspected they were frozen, which would explain the terrible taste. Coming from New York and being a fan of Italian cuisine, I believe that if your dish comes from a bag, it's not truly Italian. And if your sauce comes from a jar, it certainly isn't authentic. So, I was very disappointed to have paid for something I couldn't eat or enjoy. The one star is not just for the awful appetizer but also for the waitstaff service, which included serving seltzer water in flimsy cups.

Here's the situation. I’ve always enjoyed the pizza at this place, even before it became Vincenzo's. However, I've noticed that customer service has not been great lately. The waiting times for food have been increasing, and there seems to be a persistent issue with service. During our last pickup, they forgot an item after we waited 40 minutes. The food is truly delicious, so I really hope they can make some improvements and get things sorted out.

Our first time here and it was Boy Scout Night and not busy. We sat at a stand with the seat cushion and a server came by and picked up our beverage order. When she delivered her, she said she was right back to take over our order. I ordered unsweetened tea and there was no sweetener on the table. The server took another drink order and conversed with each employee while filling the orders. We waited and waited until a large family of 8 or so sat down by us and we were ignored again while they took and filled their drinks orders. Again, she was involved in conversations with other employees instead of doing her job. After we were ignored for 15 minutes, we left! Extremely bad service, the staff are standing around, do nothing but talk! They just have a chance to make a first impression and they bleed it, we won't be back! I'm sorry the boys don't get their 20% of us, it wasn't their fault of service sucked!!

Went here for lunch. This was my first time to visit the place and I like it -well if you're craving for bread, cheese, pizza, this is your place. They're delicious. The waiting is kind of long but our waiter was so enthusiastic and friendly. The eggplant roll was soooooo cheesy not a lot of eggplant than I expected. The garlic knot was good. :
