However, there were a few minor disappointments. We ordered the ahi tuna tacos from the appetizer menu, but they were definitely not traditional tacos. They were good, but difficult to eat, as they were basically served on a bed of lettuce—more like a lettuce wrap. The steak I ordered was somewhat underwhelming as well. It came topped with a very strong sauce, which overshadowed the flavor of the meat (though the steak was cooked perfectly to temperature). On a positive note, the crab cakes were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be ordering those again on my next visit.

I've always appreciated this restaurant for its delicious food and inviting ambiance, but I recently hosted a "welcome party/meet and greet" for my out-of-town guests the day before my wedding, and it turned out to be fantastic! Among all the local restaurants I contacted for this event, Kasey at The Mansion was by far the most accommodating and willing to cater to our needs for a private gathering. The food and beverage minimum was very reasonable, especially compared to the exorbitant minimums at some other local places. Kasey was incredibly helpful and ensured that everything was set up perfectly! The food and service were excellent, and everyone had a great time! Thank you, Kasey!

The land and sea Prime Rib sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. We shared several dishes to sample a variety, and it's worth noting that this sandwich was a whopping 2 lbs of prime rib, and the thickness was impressive. Out of the four restaurants we visited around Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, and Sebastian, the crabcake was the standout. If you're hesitant about ordering it, don't be—it's absolutely worth it. There were huge chunks of crab meat, and the flavor was fantastic. The shrimp po'boy was also good, featuring 6 fried butterflied shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and a sauce that I would’ve loved to have on the side. The fish and chips were pretty standard but definitely delicious. We finished off our meal with an oatmeal raisin cookie (which was good) and a phenomenal key lime pie. I should mention that it was quite loud inside, contributing to a fun bar-like atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet dinner spot, this isn't it. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and the servers were very attentive. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere!
