Sbarro - Melbourne

Good eating great environment. the staff is rude, but it has been like that since I was a child. it was a staple in this opposite as long as I remember. eating makes on suppe Nazi style personal lol

The strombolis came out still cold in the center. The marinara was unusually sweet. And the penne pasta had way too much ricotta (mozzarella would be much better). The meat balls were spot-on though.

Food is good. Service is not very positive in the last hour before closing. They should still be attentive to customers, even if they are limited on what is left to eat. Keyword is Empathy!

Sent my son up to order 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni slice meals. When he came back, it cost nearly $18. I went up and asked why, her reason was he didn't say meals (He specifically says he did). She charged regular price for each item, not the meal prices. The said if he had it would have been a lot cheaper, Great Customer Service, RIP off a 15 year old. NICE.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went here over the weekend toward the night time. It was around 8 pm or so and I was told that the mall was still open. However, when I went to dine at sbarro absolutely no one was up front to help me and I stood waiting for almost seven minutes until i looked into the back and got the attention of one of the employees. The whole time I was up there he made me feel unwanted. The food (what was left because everything was mostly thrown away) looked old and like it had been sitting out. When I asked the employee how old the food was out for he replied with I don 't know do you want it or not . I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and when I got it from out of the oven it was soggy and cold. Customer service is awful and the food is definitely not worth its price. Save yourself some money and go to a real pizza place.
