Contribuiți la feedbackWe had the plasterboard with the fried potato wedges. The gyros were filled with very delicate meat and large fresh veg and tasty taziki sauce. The Pita bread was so fresh. I don't know if they do it there or not. It was almost difficult to finish it, was so much food, but it was so good, I forced myself. The owners are also very nice people. Very recommended.
What a beautiful and cozy family business. Teddy the owner makes almost all cooking and still has a heavy accent from his time in Greece, but really loves his new land found. We went for lunch, so decided on the gyro tablets and hands down the best we had in a long time. I look forward to being back for an eggplant, falafel, grape leaves and such. A really good place to go and repair your Greek food!
Olympia Cafe has been in Melbourne for many years. It's been so long since I can't remember the original location before moving to its current US-1 location. The food has always been delicious with good portion sizes, the restaurant is clean and the owner is polite. Typically, I have lamb or chicken greed, but I have also tried several other things, including their burger, that has Mediterranean spices in it. Overall, it is a good place for lunch.
I ate here today. The hummus and baked garlic Pita chips are delicious!! So delicious. I also had the shrimps in the Greek salad, which was the lunch special and it was all very delicious and I will definitely be back!!
OMG wife and I loved meeting the owner THEODOROPULOS/Teddy the other day when we stopped in to get a pair of Gyros to go. This place is pretty far from home for us but we were near by on errand and I suggested we try this place based on the positive reviews and I'm SO glad we did. Gyro's were AWESOME but the biggest treat was meeting Ted and talking to him about his history, business, wife, etc. So nice to see a successful business owner with a long history in our town doing well and being so positive upbeat we have to go back! Go when he's not too busy so you can get the pleasure of meeting him. He has help but he's basically a one man show for 13 years in this location and I can imagine at lunch hour this place must get busy. We visited about 20 minutes before closing so it was perfect, we spent more time chatting with him than we spent putting our order in.
