Manny's Cucina Napoletana - Melbourne

Super friendly staff. StArted off with the meatball appetizer. Meatballs had Great flavor. Sauce too acidic for me and lacking spice. Ordered Short ribs and mushroom risotto both very nice flavors. Only issue they were competing with each other. Ordered Bolognese sauce with GF noodles. Was very disappointing for 21$ lacking flavor. This needed a good veal stock. Did not have richness needed for a Bolognese sauce. Over all I would recommend.

I picked up a pizza for someone and it was 10.5 inch instead of 12 inch. I called to let them know but i was given a lengthy explanation why that happened. I used to work in pizza in NY that made “custom pizzas”. They offered a discount on the next one but NO thanks.

Wow! This place was just a random Google search for pasta turned best dinner in a while. Pasta made in house and you can taste it. Every app was better than the next. Tina Marie was fantastic. Cocktails delicious will be back to try all the things we saw going by to other tables! Yum!

My wife and I often eat at Manny’s and the thing we love about it is that is authentic Italian cuisine. I couldn’t tell you what half the ingredients they’re cooking with but the end result is fantantic. The pizzas are one of the best in Brevard. Last night I had the Salmon special and my wife had the Braised Beef Osobuco and it was better than anybody else in Brevard and half the price. Great bartenders too.
