Dunkin' - Melbourne

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts! However, the morning staff could use a bit of improvement; the gentleman who helped me seemed a bit rude, but I understand that mornings can be tough. They could benefit from having one of those cheerful young ladies at the counter to brighten the atmosphere.

When they ask for light ice, they get the half of the drink, which proves all the tik-tonnese and wrinkles in the internet about how they water down their drink! really sad honest, the cash looks like it is 12 and is always rude for me too! I hope they fire them

They say open til 9 doesn't let me use in facilities and order coffee. website should open til 8 in the lobby. I will never buy anything from this dunkin again!

The employees could be less interested in waiting for them and when I came to the ground, they don't care if their coffee is what they ordered. attitude! will not be back?

The coffee tasted like alcohol. The best time to get your coffee right from this location is the morning shift.
