Disgusting, stale donuts without frost. always out of everything. rude staff. only good dunkin here on the beach

Donuts are good, although they can often be too hot and let the icing melt melt melt down. hot eating is a big miss. sandwiches are sloppy and dry. hathbrowns are always scratched.

I had my first experience at this establishment today around 10:15 AM. While I'm not typically one for donut meals, I found myself in a lovely neighborhood and in a great mood after receiving excellent service just two doors down. I thought it would be nice to continue my happy day with a donut. As I entered, the young lady at the register seemed to ignore me for the most part; she barely acknowledged my presence and didn’t greet me with a simple "hello" or "good morning." When I finally approached the counter, she looked around and hesitantly said "hi." I was quite disappointed by the lack of warmth and attention I received.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment and a waste of space in an otherwise nice strip mall. There seem to be no employees on-site, likely because they don't pay them well. The few staff members they do have take up all the handicap parking spots, making it difficult for customers who actually need them to find a place to park. The trash cans are overflowing, making the whole place feel uninviting. Overall, it's a poorly run establishment, and I doubt they'll be in business for much longer. To top it off, the food is stale.
