Oye, súper busy place. every time I'm here, many people are here. pero, at the end of the waiting, it's still delicious and that's worth waiting.

Came on Saturday evening 5/8/22 business was a little busy. floor was disgusting, they didn't have to wave and the workers were just rude. I understand that they are children, but they can be polite for customers or they have no job as I feel about it.

I came at 9:49 and they had already closed their doors when they said on google and their signs in the load, 10 o'clock, then they laughed at me when I cried that they were closed. I had a bad day today, I wouldn't usually cry because they're closed.

Drawn from indiatlantically to rockledge and I must say what the crew is working the night shift has a really hard time with following directions. I ordered over, it's about 6-7 times. I'll get the same each time, banana caramel crunch with a waffle bowl. the first time that they completely forget my waffel bowl, then the second and third times that they simply do not have the banans in, even if it is in the crazy names. the 4th time had no problems because I put extra banans? on my order that came out to be the regular amount of bananes. have been done a few more times and then they decided to put my wife in another bag. it's just inability, that's all I can think. I never had a single problem out of all the times I had ordered from the Indian cold stone. do it well.

EDIT: I readjusted my star rating. The owner kindly reached out to me, apologized profusely and offered to make the shake right again. New guy made my shake a milk-like consistency. Also, he was the only worker without a mask on, but that's besides the point. I asked the girl at the register if that was normal and she just shrugged. She said that's how it's supposed to be??? That doesn't seem right and it seemed like a lazy response??? This is the second time I had bad service here.
