Chili's Grill - Melbourne

I enjoyed a perfectly grilled burger! The triple dipper southwest egg rolls and crispy chicken tenders were excellent, but the boneless wings were a big letdown. They had hardly any hot sauce and were quite bland. On the bright side, the side salad was good as usual.

The Chicken Crisper Combo was equally impressive. The chicken had a delightful crispy exterior and was cooked just right inside. The French fries were also superb, with a slight crunch on the outside while remaining tender and flavorful. The corn was perfect too. Additionally, the chips and Skillet Queso were outstanding—served warm and delicious. My only suggestion? Keep this chef on board! This meal deserves a solid 10 out of 10!

Side House Salad fresh, crisp, delicious, and just the right size. Avocado ranch dressing is always good. Baked potato Cup of Soup arrived hot, lots of cheese, bacon pieces, green onion, potato pieces. Very tasty and satisfying. Side of broccoli cooked tender-crisp, with no added butter or fat, and seasoned just right with not too much salt. A really good late night meal.

Rib Eye was cooked as asked (med rare), the asparagus was tasty crispy, and the mashed potatoes were great! Food arrived lukewarm so I apos;ll assume the place was busy.

The Southwest egg rolls were fantastic, as always, and I followed them up with the healthier Margarita Grilled Chicken dish.
