Boston Market - Melbourne

My husband and I have been dining at this restaurant for years, but not as much lately. During our last visit, I ordered the new pulled pork dish, and I was shocked to find it came with just four spoonfuls of meat. The sausages that accompanied it tasted spoiled, so I couldn't eat them. When we raised our concerns, the staff seemed indifferent. I paid $13.99 for a meal that just wasn’t worth it. We’ve decided not to return. The food quality has really declined, and we’re tired of paying for such meager portions. It’s just disappointing.

The online hours were updated, but when I brought a large group to dine, we found out that they had already stopped serving food by 8:30 PM. They are scheduled to work until 9, so I believe the management should hire new staff who are committed to working during the hours they are supposed to be. I would rate this experience 0/5.

3 employees in service, but took their time to wait for us. Immediately after waiting for us and another customer, they all went out to smoke. The food was very subpar. Especially for Boston Market Standards! We won't go back to eat! Don't waste time. Many other options nearby.

If I had less than a star. bm closed in the city where we live, so it was always a tasty bite to eat at bm. on 7/29/22 we stood on the way to jax. it was long since we had eaten at a bm and shocked to see truthahnstopf no longer on the menu. there was also no mention of the main rib, which was always a special product. there was no server I saw when we entered. an empolyee came from behind the many and the first thing he was saying, we don't have a huh. it will be 20-30 minutes. no chicken from the #1 redisserie restaurant? So we get the meat that looked like dog food. no texture, like dog food. the chickens were unusable. we ate outside and offered the whole nugget meal to a past gaggle gänse; pass. nobody ate a bite. I'll tell you. so were the meat and gravy, chicken fertilizers, sweet potatoes, maismuffins terrible. How do you screw a maismuffin? a server has tried to distract us from certain pages, they don't want it. I will be surprised if this review remains online. that is the second I published and the first is gone. bostom market cannot accuse the pandemic on menu sinks, bad staff and sinking food quality. this is the reduction of the exitures by product degradation. that was my favorite breakfast restaurant once. now it's just a shell of his former self. so disappointing.

Service was pretty fast and food was good, I just didn?t like they no longer offer turkey. It was my favorite. I had the meatloaf instead but it is not bad, but not great.
