Apocalypse Coffee Roasters - Melbourne

My first visit to this place was a delightful experience! The coffee and breakfast were delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy with pleasant music playing in the background. However, it is a bit pricey; I spent $22 on a coffee and sandwich. The cashier was friendly, but I had an issue during my second visit. When I went to pick up my friend's coffee, the girl at the counter mistakenly thought I was trying to take my own coffee again. She said, "I already gave you a coffee," to which I replied, "Yes, but this is my friend's order." I didn't want to take coffee that wasn't mine, but she seemed to overlook that. It was a bit frustrating, and I would have preferred a smoother experience.

3.5 stars if I could. The coffee and atmosphere at Apocalypse is nice inside. I have enjoyed my coffee beverages they make. They are very good. Espresso drinks just a little weak for me, but for most people's pallets it's spot on. However, we decided to buy a 12oz bag of coffee, which was $22. For this price, I expect a highly specialized and fresh coffee. The taste is okay, but the beans aren't fresh at all. There's zero oils on the beans. It tastes okay, but not thrilling. I won't be buying any more bags of coffee from them. At this price point, the coffee ought to be the best I've ever had. Another competitor down in Vero Beach is where we will continue to buy beans.

The honey iced latte was amazing and my friend enjoyed his matcha. The place has a lot of open space, I wish there were more tables for people to sit down? It was very busy when we went and people were hunting for places to sit. The bagel was pretty basic and they give you a cream cheese packet to spread it yourself. I would definitely recommend this place and their unorthodox marking I think it's fun. I feel bad for foxtail across the street.

I try my best to support local businesses and this one is great for coffee. They have great freshly roasted coffee beans and they’re whole beans so you can grind them yourself at home ? really enjoying both beans I bought, one is the Atomic Energy (dark roast) and the Wake Up (light).I don’t suggest ordering any food from here though, I got an egg sausage bagel and it was really bad, the egg and sausage were probably both frozen and just heated in the microwave

Apocalypse coffee roasters is by far my favorite coffee shop in Brevard. All of their coffee is so tasty, and unique. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to help describe things. There is a ton of seating which makes it lovely for business meetings or one-on-one get togethers, but would not recommend for large groups. Parking is always a little difficult but there is availability in the front as well as the back.
