Something hidden at the meißener market - but great spatialities - very warm reception - two great menus were offered - and the wine advice was excellent

Lunchtime: a mesmeric trampoline with unpretentious aromenvielfat, ideally tempered, a small and fine flammpie, good coffee to a nearly fantastic piece of ice cream check on the terrace gave the motiw for an evening return. a clear menu promises freshly prepared: the pastry a dense, the sweet on fresh meat unbeatable, the dish very well dressed, the meat unfortunately dry, that desserts highly successful. Despite all this, we keep the price level with 10-20% covered compared to other more demanding restaurants. the service friendly, communal and inexpressible, the historical ambiente suitable for this old, venerable, painted with original piano music. however, the LED-based lighting is a stark misapproach: in almost every table lamp another light body, over us a dazzling grelle, unfiltered LED light, next to pleasant flashlight, compared to cold white LED grays. there are now even warm, relaxed table lights in the so-called energy-saving lights.

Eating was very good and the service was very friendly! we are very happy to come back!

We had some time in Meissen for lunch. And so our Tour Director recommended this lovely, quaint restaurant. My husband had the risotto and I had the wild boar. We also ordered the local pilsner (which went wonderfully with the meal) and a plate of cheese and fruit for dessert. Service was very wonderful, and we felt right at home. I would go back here if I am ever back in town!
