To visit Meissen, and according to the question, “Where can I go to lunch?”. The brewery in the industrial area is proposed. Okay, I haven't been there yet, the environment in the commercial area isn't really cozy again. Framed by a car house and a plumbing porcelain plant, the brewery restaurant radiates a certain beauty which does not want to fit in here. In the Schankraum you can look at the large, glittering copper boilers in which the known Meißner Schwerter-Bier is brewed. The weather is nice and we put ourselves in the beer garden in front of the building. Soon a nice top comes and the card is enough for us – and it looks good and plentiful. According to the map, all meat offers come from the Meißner Landschwein, a regional speciality that even makes the humble heart of a slow food ensemble higher. The card also promises that all supplements are homemade. I choose a Meißner beer sausage in a ring with sour wort and ram potatoes (what terrible word) on a black beer sauce. After a pleasant waiting period that suggests that the dishes are freshly prepared, I get my food. The visual impression already promises a lot. I'd like to cook the stuffed potatoes that taste great. The sauerkraut is prepared without cumin, but with a herb mixture very tasty. The absolute Ober-Bringer is the beer sausage. fried golden brown from all sides, it convinces with a very tasty and great taste. Lightly spiced, inspiring the palate, this piece tastes better and better for pieces. You can also dispense with the required mustard from Bautzen. We once ordered the mustard in Franken -so North Bavaria to Bratwurst - and were considered with a regrettable look and the remark “a Prussia”. Surely right, because a so tasty sausage like this one isn't fooled with mustard. The added salads are fresh, the parsley as shrimp as well – exemplary. A waitress takes the bill and floats with other food to another table. The price – 14.10 Euro for food and a non-alcoholic drink is fine.

The lady on the phone doesn't show a feeling of fineness. Should come at 5:00 and be out at 5:45. Very unfriendly. You can say that differently.

Once there and certainly not the last time.Our company was warmly welcomed in a cozy, but detailed guest room. The food came at the same time for all!!! and has tasted sensational. The portion sizes were plentiful. The operation was outstanding! The glasses were never empty, always a nice or funny spell on the lips...so you feel comfortable as a guest!!! Keep going! We are happy to come back again!!!

A really good kitchen,compliment to the cook. In Vienna I ate the best so far of my life, he was surpassed by a fantastic Schmorkohll supplement.Ambiente and Operation first class.Absolute recommendation!!!!
