Pizza Hut - Meise

Inattentive service (except one person in kitchen who seemed worried as to what was going on) Despite only 3 tables occupied my Pizza arrived half Cold Asked for two times pimentos but pizza not spicy (the cook brought me some chillies) Asked for spicy oil but ended up having to get it myself from the cupboards as no one brought it to the table Wine was delivered, after asking twice, when half my cold pizza was already eaten. And to make it worse, if you unfortunately have to go to the toilet, the experience will be disgusting, see photo, this place has not been cleaned in a long time, in fact, after visiting this place my feet were sticking to the floors until I got home and took off my shoes.

OK, the pizza was good.... But: the location is sooooooo dirty.... I would not go there again.... Floors, tables, chairs, menus, rest rooms..... Please, pizza-hut-responsibles: take a look and take away the franchise of this owner... This place is a reputation-killer for your chain!

Minh/Winh (an oriental-looking man) was seriously rude and tried to charge us more for our food than the menu said! When we corrected him he gave us too little back! What the fu He was angry at us, apparently just for being in there and we felt unwelcome the whole time! V

The services were all cold! The food(except the pizza) were cold and dry! Much less choices in salad bar! Disappointed experience!

The pizza buffet should be restocked more often. The staff forgot to bring drinks, and only remembered after being asked a second time. This was a bit of a distraction since the restaurant wasn't busy.
