Hubby and I called today for lunch, we took a place outside and waited for good 10 minutes, then went to say hello, jane told us, 2 minutes wait, so we have. 10 minutes later Hubby dived to see...what happened, she said again 2 minutes after another 5 minutes, without a confirmation, or a offer of a drink, we gave up and went down. very poor service and a waste of our time.

In a gasse in megève, this magnificent oysterable is the sister restaurant of bar à huitre jane in noirmoutier in the bretagne. jane told me that in winter she was in megève and summer in Noirmoutier...Vive la france! jane knows her oysters and the cry she offers with them. pros: reasonable, juicy and charming atmosphere, extraordinary oysters, excellent wine. jane is also pleasant and gracious.
