Wells Fish - Medway

I ordered a lamb doner in the restaurant and it was disappointing. The meat was cold and the pita bread was greasy. It only took two minutes to cook, which made me doubt its freshness. The pita bread usually takes longer than that to cook. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The restaurant is currently under new management with 30 years of experience, but it appears that all of that experience may not have been positive. Previously known for its good reputation and attracting customers from far distances, recent visits have revealed dry and old kebab meat that has clearly been sitting for hours, along with unappetizing chips that even the dog wouldn't eat. One star is too generous of a rating, but unfortunately there is no option to rate it any lower.

I was very happy with the home delivery service. My order arrived within the estimated time and the Cod dish I ordered was amazing and a generous portion size. The pie and chips I ordered were also generous portions. The best part was that everything was delicious and hot, which is always a plus when getting delivery. The delivery driver was cheerful and friendly. I would give this restaurant five stars. Great job, Wells! Thank you.

Thought I'd try something different chicken Donner for a change absolutely the worst thing I have ever attempted to eat, didn't taste fresh tastes like it had been sitting in a pot keeping warm and the taste was disgusting, think I'll stick to their fish and chips in future as kebab was worst I've ever had

Asked for lamb chops x6 and chips. looked like they forgot the chips. never again will I order from here . then to get my money back . they had the cheek to check what they delivered to me.
