Istanbul Flames - Medway

I used to be a regular customer at this kebab shop until I moved out of the area. However, tonight I decided to treat myself as I was driving past. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision as soon as I received my order. The quality of the food has significantly declined and the portion sizes do not justify the prices. I also got overcharged when I paid by card, but luckily I noticed the mistake through my banking app. Although the excess amount was refunded in cash when I returned to the shop, I was still disappointed by the experience. There are much better kebab shops in Gillingham (and Medway) and I will not be returning to this one.

I was hesitant to try this restaurant because of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The kebab meat was delicious and the chips were cooked perfectly. I would definitely return.

I called to follow up on my order through Just Eat. My bank app showed that the payment went through, but I couldn't see the order in the Just Eat app. When I called the restaurant, I was met with profanity and told to stop calling every 5 minutes (even though it was my only call) and then told to leave. When I asked for a refund, I was again told to leave. I have never experienced such horrible and disrespectful treatment in my life. Absolutely disgusting. I wish the worst possible for your business and that all the bad luck comes your way.

I'd ordered The chicken special pizza but when it came it wasnt what I ordered. I recieved the mexican which has pineapple and jalapeño one whichbi cant have. When I checked reciept it was not what I'd pressed via the app but they refused to change it. Bearing in mind I'm a regular and was disappointed with the customer service I recieved. Looks like it's time to take my business elsewhere.

The people at this place are the most rudest people I have ever meet will never eat here again. The food was so cold but do they care no they just scream at you down the phone
