Really disappointed with the delivery today. we ordered them at 4.15 o'clock about their website at 17.25 to ask where our order was, they told us that it was on the way. Finally came around 17.56 lacking one can koks and no salat on meat and chips normally we simply order through eating and never had problems as we had never had problems before and we love their kebabs, so we thought we would try to order through their website for a change. will only be ordered by eating from now on

Excellent delicious food. the delivery was fast and the staff was very friendly. would have been ordering from here.

I didn't receive any of the four main meals I ordered, only sides and drinks. I called the restaurant to ask if the delivery driver had another bag, but was told no. After speaking to three different people, I was told, "What do you expect, prices have gone up!" I believe customers should receive what they ordered. The restaurant admitted their error via WhatsApp and advised me to contact JustEat for a refund.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the prices are high and the delivery service is very poor. I stopped ordering from here years ago due to consistently late deliveries. However, I decided to give it another try last week and the food was still lovely. Unfortunately, this week the delivery was delayed and I was told it would be 45 minutes but it actually took 90 minutes. When I complained, I was informed that there was only one driver available. I suggested that they be honest about the delivery time so customers can plan accordingly. My advice is to pick up your order yourself or order on a Monday for a chance of receiving it by Friday.

Having read other reviews, I was surprised to receive my food at all. Unfortunately, only half of my order arrived. When I called to inquire about the missing items, I was told they could include them in my next order. But considering I was just visiting, it's unlikely there will be a next time.
