Some might rate it strictly based on the high volume of customers. I believe this place is more symbolic, with a small staff. They know what they’re doing. It’s worth trying once to get a sense of how Italians feel in Russia.

We decided to stop by on the way, there were no special expectations, especially after the reviews. The main purpose is to dine and curiosity. Minor construction work is underway on the site. There is a misunderstanding where to go and who is responsible for what. There is an arrow pointing to the tasting room and cheese shop, there is also a cafe. Attached is a photo of the menu. We chose several dishes, including lasagna. Service is long, of course, 30 40 minutes waiting for food. In terms of taste, for a solid four, something was missing in each dish: taste, freshness, seasonings, tomatoes, etc. After 15 20 minutes after dinner, I felt a little sick and heaviness in my stomach. It's a strange place. I genuinely don't understand most of the reviews praising it. What is there to be satisfied with??! The grounds are unkempt. Inside the building, it's completely unsanitary. The souvenir shop shelves are covered in centuries-old dust. The restroom is frightening to enter. There was a terrible smell in the tasting room. The service was nonexistent. Prices are heavily inflated. The food is unappetizing. I just wanted to get out of this "wonderful" place as quickly as possible. If I could give it a negative rating, I would give it a minus.

We ordered two pizzas and homemade lemonade, and we really enjoyed everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s also a shop with cheeses, sausages, beer, and decorative cosmetics. We’re planning to attend a cheese-making workshop next!
