Boiler House At The Hydro Majestic Blue Mountains

The house boiler was a great place to lunch in the hydro majestic hotel in medlow bath. everything was an impressive chaos that was looking into the megalong valley. the service is excellent, friendly and efficient. the menu was very good with a lot of choice and a good value 2 courses for $65. the quality of the meal was extremely good. some of us had in general dessert some deere porn. my only comment was the size of the meal was quite surprising in these times. (big) delicious and served with one of the “special” roses for a very special occasion. we will return to the blue mountains at the next visit.

We were really thrilled to go to this restaurant, beautiful view, great building, short menu that is often a good sign). I had the cattle cheek, my partner had the lamb. both arrived within minutes after the order of a sign). both were boiled over, over, over, or maybe back) to a point it was just mush. very unpleasant. as someone who has cooked almost every night for forty years, I can guess when eating was cooked well in advance to allow a quick reheating and thus turn the tables around. they have a deadline for tables. the service was good.

Average at best; food mediocre. Service was ok, waited a long time between courses. VERY noisy even when not full.

Our lunch was amazing- The service staff were on top of everything the food once we had ordered arrived in good time, The food looked just as fantastic as it tasted. We ordered 2 courses and there was more than enough food. The menu has a good variety of items the drinks menu was the same. We would consider it to be reasonably priced. Well Done to all the staff that day if we lived closer would definitely be back !!

Food and service was on point. Excellent venue and outstanding views from our table. I was also able to get a charge for my EV. The only negative is we had to keep waving our hands to deter the flies from landing on our food. I would definitely return.
