I found their chicken being smaller and smaller each time I ordered 10pcs bucket with 3 Large Sides. Makes me wonder if it its practical to pay $43 cad each week. I am an avid fan of their fried chicken not until I had multiple servings of my regular order having the samw issue. In comparison to what I am paying for Mary Browns in Bonnyville I found their portions decent and somehow worth it to pay. KFC Cold Lake doesnt and I think the management needs to reasses this scenario. Staff are all very approachable thou thats good news, but atmosphere wise is kinda neutral. Closed the lobby 30 minutes before closing time? A few people were turned away.

The Lady who served me was no help and didn't understand me and I spent like 50$ got home to find out I'm missing 8 pieces of chicken (I had ordered the variety bucket) I didn't want to walk all the way back there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
