Swiss House - Medina

I was there several times with my family before the COVID lock and we liked the place. In our recent visit we noticed significant improvements in food and service. The food taste was very good and the drinking was filled. Our experience exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend the restaurant.

Unbelievably disappointing! This restaurant went from really high quality food and service to such a below average place. Only 3 staff in one shift? We stayed in the outside view side tables and there was one nice waiter only and no one else to take rounds or either to check if the customers need anything. Imagine that we had to wait for that one waiter to ask for salt or paper! Absolutely ridiculous. The food taste is below average which is really disappointing and surprising. And it actually got cold while we were waiting for someone to take the salt order so the taste went below than the below average.
