The food here is excellent, but the service is quite slow. Two staff members are simply not enough to manage the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. Customers end up waiting, and some might feel sorry for the employees, while others are just frustrated, as time is precious for everyone. This situation has been ongoing for years and is really hurting the business.

The smoothies were enjoyable, but not outstanding. For $6, there's a small amount of ice cream included in the drink. However, they do offer a wide variety of beverage options.

I really enjoy Pulp, but this location has some issues. The restaurant is clean, but the staff often seem indifferent and aren't very friendly. Like other locations, the wait time is consistently 15-30 minutes, even when there's hardly any line, which is confusing. The food is good, but it feels a bit overpriced. I usually buy Pulp for my employees and myself at least 2-3 times a week, so I will return, but the staff definitely needs better training.

Would they? ve gave 0 stars, but that was not an option. the manager asked us to get him a red bull out of the refrigerator and not pay for it. 25 minutes to get our order was defensiw as asked why. it took so long and went so slow. I felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter, who had to put up with the guy. very dissatisfied and disappointed will not come back here again.

More than half the time they cannot make a smoothie correct. If you like water down/ice chips and barely any fruit in your smoothie then this is the place for you.
