Denny's - Medicine Hat

Went to eat there with my family, and the food was great. We had to get the salted caramel banana pancakes twice because everyone liked them so much!! The atmosphere was very nice, waiters were very polite and overall everything was very clean. We will definately be coming again, as soon as this lockdown is uplifted.

Our server was excellent and helpful, we got a booth immediately upon entering. Our breakfast was delicious, and made exactly to order (I wanted crispy bacon, and it was PERFECT). Our server Michelle did an excellent job of making us feel welcome!

We used to come here a lot and the food and service was good, but in the last 6 months the quality of everything has gone down and is not worth the price anymore. On the tables there in no name ketchup and the food also taste like it?s from a no name brand too. My breakfast sausage was served half cooked, one side completely raw. And the bacon ?strips? were salty and disgusting. The picture was exactly how the food was served, for the price this is unacceptable. The eggs served was also cold. The waitress we had was very nice, brought up the quality of the food to her she brought me a ?fresh? plate but revived the also exact same bad quality of food back. Not a fault of the waitress but rather of the food. We won?t be coming back here anytime soon just due to the lack of quality of the food.

Good food, when i cooked it. Good management, only when Randall was there. Good employees, very few. Used to work here and i?m sad to see the place go downhill. Put my heart and soul into this place and got disrespected. Management needs work. May the odds be ever in your favour coming here.

The breakfast smoothly was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was everything you?d expect from Dennys. The toast was a little burnt in our minds but they got us fresh toast quickly and with a smile! The waitress was fast and friendly always smiling. I really liked the poutine with hollandaise something different for breakfast. The slam hit all the right spots for moms breakfast too.
