They are fantastic on the phone every time! The food is on point too! Their portions are perfect and a great variety on the menu!

We used to order here all the time but the quality of their food has gone down since last year. When my pregnant wife called to complain about what she ordered online, she was yelled at and told she?d have to pay for a NEW salad (even though she didn?t make the mistake). When I called later to follow up, the cashier told me that the man who yelled at my wife was the owner?s brother and that he?s rude to everyone. Needless to say, I won?t be returning.

Horrible experience! My daughter ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and added onion rings for an additional $4.50. They gave us 6 tiny wrinkly overcooked rings! I called to discuss this with the manager. He cursed at me and hung up on me rather than rationally discuss the issue. The rest of the food was subpar as well. We will not be ordering food from this dump again.

Nice people, not great Stromboli. Not a lot of taste to the cheeses and sausage. I won?t be returning here, there are too many other good choices.

When their system showed an old address of ours and delivers it there despite the fact that our current address is on the grub hub profile. When the order is wrong (there was supposed to be a large cheese). When my partner calls to follow up, the owner says it?s grubhub?s problem and hangs up on her. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. You can throw GrubHub under the bus if you like, but hanging up on her rudely was your choice, sir. We will not be ordering from here again
