I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with very unique vegan options! I tried the Plantain Taco and Tempo Taco, both of which were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try the curryries. The colorful and unique food truck caught my eye and the owner even gave me some brussel sprouts to try, which ended up being my favorite! I let him know I had a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quick vegan options, with a variety of vegan sauces and homemade salsa. I updated my review from November 28th, 2019.

I tried the mushroom tacos and they were absolutely delicious! I am eager to return. The staff was very friendly and even gave me suggestions on which homemade sauces to try. If you enjoy spicy and flavorful food, you will definitely love this place!

I 've been missing good tacos since I went vegan and was hoping this food truck would hit the spot, and it really did. Their mushroom and tempeh taco blew my mind! The fried plantain and tempeh jungle love taco was also phenomenal. I will be going back often; I think I 've found my favorite food in Medford.
