Wawa - Medford

The staff is rude and lazy. many other wawas around, would not waste your time to this

My family has visited this WAWA regularly over the 30 years it been here. Today went in and enjoy a nice lunch with my friend. Ally was friendly greeted us and offer to help with anything needed. We saw she was get ready to install new hotdogs in the case. My friend asked her if she could help him get a big bacon cheese dog. Ally said she be happy to help clearly communicated how long would take and asked if anything else she could help with. Ally demonstrated a clear understand of what important to the customer and a happy positive desire to do her best. I strongly feel Ms. ALLY will be a great benefit to this location.

Went to wawa today to get myself a coffee and for some reason my coupon wasn?t working and I was definitely being difficult to deal with but the manager there I think her name was Connie) was extremely nice and very patient with me even when I wasn?t the best customer to deal with. A customer service and would definitely recommend to go there!

I went there for breakfast today. I got a sausage and egg bowl. I ate the sausage and tasted the egg. The egg was horrible however I was trying to eat the pieces with not as much yolk in them. I ate some and then threw it away. I am now at work and I feel very sick. I called the manager Dominique and she didn't really seem to care too much. I let her know that there most likely was food poisoning that I got there today. I am throwing up , the whole nine. Now I am leaving work when I can and having to use my sick time

I really want to give this Wawa a 5, but I can't in all good conscience. The store itself is great, as are the employees. The parking lot, however, is a free-for-all. It's tiny, and the entrance is off of a road with a 45 MPH speed limit, so if you're parked in one of the spots near it, you have to be super alert for all the soccer moms who WILL whip into the parking lot at full speed. The exit is also in a similarly unsafe location. Pass on this Wawa unless it's not during a busy time of day: you may not even be able to park if it is.
