The Regency Grill - Medford

The food was great, but the highlight was definitely the incredibly friendly staff. We felt right at home.

The food was mediocre—nothing outstanding. However, the service was courteous and welcoming.

Our server was absolutely fantastic. We arrived feeling tired, hot, and hungry, and were also pressed for time. The server communicated effectively, took our order quickly, and brought our food out in no time, which really eased the stress from our long drive. The tacos were delicious, too! We loved the patio area, especially since we brought our pup along. It was great to see that the terrace was clean, so we didn't have to worry about any food scraps on the floor for our dog. The service truly made a difference—I came in in a bad mood, but left feeling much happier.

Appetizers came with entrée. Potatoes and corn were cold. Ten minutes to get my drink. No glass of water or something. When I said something about the food being cold, it is very vague. The anger should be ashamed of themselves. Had a $26 meal. A beer and an appetizer. The bill came to 41.98 high prices for bad service and a terrible dining experience. Not recommended.
