The Chicken Shanty - Medford

Hands down the best chicken sandwich in Medford Oregon. We have tried them all, and this is by far the best. We went to the East Jackson location, and were greeted by Amanda. She walked us through the menu and then brought us the meal incredibly quickly.The French fries are fantastic! I generally do not like white meat chicken (too dry! but theirs was perfectly moist andflavorful. The sauces were totally on point. All in all, a great experience, and we will be back!

Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if I could. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado wrap w/ southern house sauce and peanut sauce with my friend. The food was made very fast, the chicken was moist and crispy, the lettuce and avocado were fresh,the fries were crispy, the peanut sauce was so good I could drink it. Definitely coming back for more!

The chicken sandwich and the pommes ordered. that was delicious, but it was all cold. especially the pommes. we were the only ones who went through the autobahn 62. Try it again.

Went 2-2-2022 and I did not get the 2 sauces and rhe chicken pieces where 2 small and no fork. Please they took to long to get my order.Charge 2 much for side of cold slaw and dish isn't filled. And employees should wear hair nets. As there was a hair in my chicken

Was told about this place by a friend and when I pulled up I doubted them for a second. However, beyond the 50 square foot hut of a restaurant is probably some of the best chicken tenders I’ve had on the west coast and I’m from the south- I know fried chicken. Get the chicken strip basket with fries, you won’t be disappointed. Been to this location now twice and will keep coming back. Never met a rude employee and the wait is about 10 minutes or so on a week night. Check it out!
