Shiki Sushi Asian Fusion - Medford

My friend and I dined here for the first time last night. As someone with celiac disease, I was glad to see that the menu clearly highlighted its gluten-free options. Our server was incredibly friendly—I wish I could remember her name, but she was a lovely blonde. The service was prompt and welcoming, the sushi was fantastic (the spider rolls were my personal favorite), and the drinks were delightful! I enjoyed a sapphire gimlet while my boyfriend opted for a Japanese beer. We will definitely come back for Date Night!

If you're on the hunt for incredible sushi, this is the place to go! I brought a friend here for their first experience, and between the three of us, we tried six different rolls that were absolutely delicious. The drinks and appetizers were equally impressive. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the flavors were unparalleled in the valley. I give it a 10/10—this is officially my new favorite sushi spot in the area!

BEST Sushi Place in medford. I tried 4 other places, this place beats them. Definitely many more visits in the future! The Sashimi was cut perfectly and the rice was not too much or too little. Amazing chefs are very experienced. I was born and raised in LA and I was one hundred of sushi places and this place is also great! Our waiter was over and very friendly. Owner even gave us free desert! The rainbow rolls were very delicious and the hand rolls are only AMAZING

First time here and the food was fabulous! Eggplant stir fry with chicken, crispy tiger roll, rainbow roll, Langostino volcano, all excellent. Prices are comparable to other places in the valley but food and service was fantastic!
