Lasagna was delicious. Best I ever had. Pastina soup always excellent. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food and I ordered 1 hour before pickup.Food: 5/5

I think if they trimmed down their menu a bit they could really focus on the items that are really great sellers and they would be packed. The servers can be hit or miss, some are really sweet and other sit there and gossip and talk about the staff. It makes it weirdFood: 2/5

On 6/4 we ordered Pizza Steaks for dinner (pick up). When I got back to the house, they were less than expected; so I took them back to the store. The young kids working the counter really had zero Customer Service skills, didn 't give a refund, and re-made the same POOR quality sandwiches. So I ordered PROPER Pizza Steaks from Tony G 's across the street, an extra $26 to my already $56 dinner. Then, in speaking with Todd the manager of Rustic today, he had the same Care Less attitude as the children working for him. Very sad, as it 's usually a good spot. I may stick with Tony G 's!

My Son had a baseball game nearby and was recommended to RG and WOW glad I was. Food was great friendly staff too. I'm not in the area often but when I am there again I'll be back.
