Contribuiți la feedbackMy partner and I were waiting in line to check in at the restaurant, but it seems the host overlooked us and seated the two couples behind us first. It would be helpful if the staff received additional training in this area.
The food and table service was very good. Utilizing the app to reserve a table did absolutely nothing to expedite our wait. The hostess said it simply put us on her wait list in the same manner and time frame as walking in off the street. Essentially using it was a waste of time. This has not been the case when using the app at other establishments. Ultimately I don’t know if was a training issue with the staff member or Red Lobster’s policy.
The food and service at this location has been reliably good every time I’ve gone. I recommend this Red Lobster.
I was surprised by the lack of a proper reservation on OpenTable, but we were eventually seated after about 30 minutes, which was understandable for New Year's. Our drink order was promptly taken, but then we were left waiting for 45 minutes without anything on the table, not even water. Our waiter was dealing with a large table, so another waiter had to take over our table. It still took an additional 20 minutes to receive our drinks, but we remained patient. The food was very good overall, although our steaks were overdone. We were compensated $25 for this. I couldn't help but wonder where management was and why they weren't more involved in helping out.
We were ahead of two other couple when checking in, but apparently the host didnât check us in correctly and the two couples who were after us were seated first. Training in this area would be appreciated
