Ooblies Waffles - Medford

Delicious waffles? Absolutely! The chicken is fantastic too, and it's all perfectly assembled into a delicious sandwich. The hot pastrami is also really impressive!

Overall, I had a pretty great experience. I think their waffles could use a little extra something to make them more exciting. Nevertheless, everything else was really delicious!

I arrived right when the restaurant opened, and a line quickly formed, which shows just how popular this spot is in such a prime location. I ordered the hot pastrami and the hot fried chicken. The pastrami was thinly sliced and incredibly juicy, while the pickle slaw added a nice hint of sweetness. The heat from the fried chicken builds up as you eat, creating a more earthy flavor rather than an overpowering spiciness. The waffles were delightfully crunchy and light. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive, checking in on us during our meal—perhaps to ensure the spicy chicken wasn't too intense! I can't wait to try every sandwich on the menu and fill up my punch card.

Wow! What an amazing lunch! If you're in search of something unique, make sure to stop by this place! I tried the Southern BBQ sandwich, and it was fantastic. The chicken was both juicy and crispy, while the waffles were wonderfully tender. Absolutely perfect!
