Ooblies Waffle Food Truck - Medford

Overall, it was quite good. I think her waffles could use a little extra flair to elevate them, but in general, everything was really enjoyable.

The Ooblie OG Chix offers incredibly generous portions of chicken. It’s juicy, perfectly seasoned, and has just the right amount of kick. The cedar slaw is delicious, fresh, and quite delightful. The waffle could have been a touch sweeter to complement the dish perfectly. However, the real highlight of this sandwich is definitely the chicken.

Wow! What an incredible lunch! If you're seeking something out of the ordinary, look no further! I had the Southern BBQ sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was both juicy and crispy, while the waffles were wonderfully tender. Perfection!

Right on the open and a line formed soon after, so the place is safely popular and regularly parked in this first-class location. The hot Strami and the hot roasted chicken ordered. The Strami was cut thin and juicy; Pickle Slaw added a touch of sweetness. The hot chicken heat stand builds as you go, but it is more earthly in taste instead of eating fire. The waffles added crunch and were beautiful and light. Excellent service; the guys are friendly and thorough, and checked for us how we ate (possibly to ensure that the spicy chicken does not put us on fire). I look forward to trying every sandwich in the menu and filling my stamp card.

I went there for my first time today and I am very pleased with the service and quality. I got the nutella sensation, a great choice if you're a sweet tooth like myself. The way it was presented had my mouth watering before I even took a bite. Aside from the good food and the welcoming workers; i was given a stamp card (stamped twice I might add), ill definitely be returning to try out some of the waffle sandwiches that seem to be so highly glorified by the regulars. Edit: it's been 5 years since writing my original review (above) and Ooblies is still one of my favorite spots. P. S. The sandwiches are fire!
