We have never been to a seafood market in New Jersey until this from the southern states with the fishing industry I must say I am quite impressed by Medford Seafood market. got 2 # shells and 18 Delaware Bay oysters for 2 nights dinner. All were fresh, nothing had to throw out. the guy I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. With all that's going on, we made boarding service, taken payment information on the phone, pulled up; he put the bag in the ice box in my truck's bed and we left.

This is a charming and tidy seafood market that offers high-quality products. The staff is friendly and eager to help. I always purchase the wild salmon when it's in season—when the trees are full of leaves!—and their crab-stuffed mushrooms. They consistently create the best bowl of Manhattan Clam Chowder. The lobster bisque is also fantastic. This market tends to get quite busy during the holiday season, as their colossal shrimp are simply amazing!
