Liv's Juice Acai - Medford

I’m disappointed to at they do not make the juice fresh in store anymore, it was the only reason I liked coming.When I asked for one to be made, I was told to take it from the pre bottled juices. They claimed it is fresh despite it being packaged prior in a facility, and an expiration date of over three weeks. Why is it being marketed as something it is not? The benefits of fresh juice are lost, but the price is the same.It’s comparable to going to a bar, ordering a cocktail, and they pour you a premix.I understand it is a busy location, and it may not be feasible to offer fresh juice, but to falsely claim the freshness is disappointing.

Today was my first time ordering here. I got the caprese grilled sandwich, and it was really good. The pesto on the side was personally better than the balsamic. I really enjoyed it and will be back.

The service here is terrible, but the food is really good. I order a drink and constantly it's not made correctly.Neither my wife nor I understand why they constantly mess my order up, but we still go back because it's quite good.I recommend the caprese.

Liv’s is the best. Our favorite smoothie place by far. Smoothies and juices are amazing, the toasts are flavorful and we always have to keep a container of the peanut butter in our fridge. The staff are friendly and it is always clean. Love that it’s a family owned business too. You can never go wrong with Liv’s!

I ordered the chipotle turkey melt and two smoothies. The smoothies were fine. The ginger snap one has a nice ginger taste that is very refreshing. However, you cannot call a sandwich a melt if you do not melt the cheese. I see other reviews where this sandwich looks properly prepared with the nice toasty color on the bread, but sadly mine did not have that.
