Go there 3-4 times a week. They messed up my order which I guess happens but tried to pin the blame on me except I’ve been ordering the burger the same way (and many times) each time I order. I wouldn’t even write this as accidents happen except that for some reason I was blamed for their mistake. It’ll be a while before I go back. Response: After being blamed for the wrong order and being told it was my fault and then put on hold for 5+ minutes I just decided you guys don’t really care. That’s why the review. Not cause of the mistake but because I was blamed for you screwing up. Strange you’d rather lose a decent customer who has been there at least 12 times in the last month then just accept blame and be honest. And not to pile on, but when I placed the order I said no onions with the pirogies twice and yet it wasn’t in the order. She had to tell the chef afterwards. And she had to ask if I wanted the chicken sandwich grilled or fried 3 TIMES. She obviously wasn’t paying much attention and again mistakes happen…one happened there 2 weeks ago and I didn’t say a word. This is all about being blamed for your mess up. And by an employee who had a lot of trouble taking the order in the first place.

I had an issue in the past with this place but its in the past. The wings here are incredible. Not a single place on long island that makes wings the way they do

First time ordering food from here and we will definitely be back. Clean dining area, very friendly staff and DELICIOUS food. We had the chicken tenders, onion rings, chopped cheese hero, macaroni and cheese and Cheddar Chicken sandwich. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly. We even had leftovers to take home. DEFINITELY recommend ordering from here.

On horse block rd. Great place, I have only been there a few times but they make the best chop cheese hero on long island haven't tasted any thing better. And their fantastic wings. Today I had a cheeseburger, OMG, If I had time I would have gone back for another one. Great place

I’ve been a customer for years and I always send people here. It’s my family’s favorite wing spot. Absolutely love it!!
