The woman at the register, who appeared to be the owner, gave me attitude when I mentioned there was a mistake with my order. We ordered 2 lox bagels but only received 1 uncut bagel. When I explained that a lox sandwich should include capers, onions, and cream cheese, she dismissed me and suggested that I didn't understand their menu. She then went on to say that things are different in Long Island compared to Brighton, but as a local, I knew what a proper lox order should look like. In the end, they reluctantly made me a correct lox sandwich, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. There are plenty of other bagel shops nearby that would provide better service. I suggest skipping this place and trying one of the other options in the area.
They are not treat me well as customer. I just wrote note my phone for order breakfast in the morning to show them They get away from me while wrote note my phone and next the customer because I am deaf.
Terrible food and service! Scrambled Eggs With Bacon and Fries had no bacon in it despite paying extra for bacon. Hungry Man Sandwich was served with old turkey. Manager, or whomever answered the phone when my husband called to complain, did not seem to care. This was our first and last time purchasing anything from this place.
I have visited this deli several times and have always enjoyed the good food and friendly service!
Oh my goodness, they were so careless when taking our orders. They got everything wrong and were incredibly rude and condescending when we asked them to correct the mistakes. I used to be a frequent customer, but not anymore after this experience.
