Alamo Roast Beef Seafood - Medford

I usually love Alamo and it has always been a favorite spot of mine, but tonight was a different experience. My mother ordered the roast beef sandwich and instead of sauce, there was melted cheese on top. My bratwurst and cheese sandwich was not melted as requested and the sauce was served on the side without us asking for it. I specifically asked for a cold vegetable sub with olives, pickles, and mayonnaise on a sub roll, but received pickles and olives covered in olive oil in a package. When I opened the sandwich, it fell apart. I hope my daughter's chicken parm sub is not messed up as well. I have been a loyal customer of Alamo for years, but this experience has left me unsure if I will return.

Food had NO seasoning but the workers were nice . Probably won’t come back for food though .

Just had the most delicious chicken parm with ziti!! Alamo never disappoints.
