Restaurante Piano Bar - Medellín

Satisfied with the hotel were 2 nights in Medellin. Nothing imagination, though fluorescent white lamps in the room...! Clean. Location was comfortable, quiet and far enough from the noise of nearby restaurants and bars. Reception helpful. Breakfast very good. Many fruits. Very impressed by the Barber Salon. Very good haircut and pedicure at a very low price. For lunch you can visit the Botanika Restaurant just minutes away.

The location was great. About 5 to 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and all main attractions. The free breakfast was decent. All employees were friendly and professional. The only bad thing was that WIFI in both rooms was terrible. The network didn't work most of the time, and we told the staff about it, so they gave us a hotspot, but that didn't work yet.

The hotel is located in El Poblado, close to restaurants, but about 20 minutes walk to the subway. The room was nicely furnished, bed linen were nice and comfortable. There were minimal noises. To get clean towels, we had to leave a tip. Breakfast had a variety of foods but service was uneven, employees like to ignore the guests especially if they want more coffee.

Don't waste your money here. The staff at Hotel Du Parc does not care about their customers or their needs. All they care about is taking your money and making a profit. They call themselves a star hotel but act like a cheap hostel. Actually, I've been treated better at hostels before... Jarlin, the Sales Manager, seems to think that his job description is to make money, regardless of what you do I bought four nights here for my honeymoon and it was supposed to be beautiful and magical. Instead, this has been a headache and a major disappointment There are many gorgeous hotels in Medellin... Take your money somewhere where you will be appreciated! And if the supervisor at Hotel Du Parc reads this... Please! Do better! It's a shame that you're training your staff like this!

This hotel extorted me and I don’t recommend it. I would like to speak to the owner. They will set you up with the police and extort you for money. I am not the type to write bad reviews like this but I want people to consider this and watch out for the reception people as they do not have great intentions with the guest
