Restaurante La Terraza - Medellín

Very good service. They were great to have a party of 10. without reservation. Everyone liked what they ordered. I'd go back. A little price for Colombia, but no complaints.

Waiters helpful, don't speak much English, but we had a group and they were soooo accomodating. Always with the coffee in the morning and helped to do these waffles so we could get on the way. Food was excellent. I had no problems with the wine, as I love. Dinner was great. Portions almost too much. We were very happy. Second year for me. I brought a group this time and they were impressed.

I loved not only the food that was divine, but also the surroundings, the space, the live music. It was exactly what I needed when I left.

Even though on the main street, ambiance is quiet and relaxed. Live music was a nice touch. Felt like in a garden. Food very good at reasonable prices. Excellent service, numerous attendants never left us wanting but weren't intrusive. Good location on El Poblado.

Few hotel restaurants are worthy of more than a visit for lunch or dinner during a stay but I ate here for breakfast and dinner the two nights I was there. Why? Because it was close, the food tasty and the service fantastic. I loved the open air garden atmosphere, which was even better at night. The food as many have said is a bit hit or miss. To me, it was good and tasty overall but not outstanding. I recommend all the salads which were all wonderful, fresh and loaded with goodies. What was outstanding was the service. All the staff were very kind and quick to deliver the meals. A few hugged me when I had my last breakfast there. Sweet. THis place has heart and is hidden from all of the first class razzmatazz that is the Poblado district neighbourhood. I felt that I could relax there without all of the pretension. Try the banana bread at breakfast...very unique and tasty.
