Restaurante In Situ - Medellín

Fantastic ambient with a very nice surrounding. Prices are more on the high side but still appropriate for the quality and the place. Service could be better. Opens at 6:30 p.m.

I have been to this restaurant twice for lunch and ordered the same thing both times. I eat a keto diet and had the salmon with vegetables. It was prepared perfectly and was more than I could eat by myself. The other people with me...each time also loved their meals. This is a really special place and I hope to be able to visit whenever I'm in Medellin.

The restaurant was almost empty, however it took 10 minutes before we could order and 45 minutes for the food to arrive. We ordered the French Onion Soup and house salad. The soup arrived without cheese, when we asked about the missing cheese, and could...they add it, they replied This is how it is! , so much for customer focus. This is the French Onion Soup I have ever had without cheese. The house salad was good. We visit the Botanical Gardens often, but probably will not return to In Situ.

Nice spot out of the sun of the gardens, lots to choose from, portions larger than expected. Food was tasty, bathrooms nice.
