Contribuiți la feedbackGreat food especially the diverse zeviches with impressive creative cocktails. but our waitress seemed to be a fledgling, and of course it did not help that she did not know English. if a high-end restaurant receives international customers it should be a few. English speaking staff on service always. I recommend this restaurant still very, as the atmosphere is over captivating and good is amazingly tasteful.
Cold service. Expect issues to pay. A MasterCard accepted everywhere else in Medellin wasn't there, and I had to walk to a cash machine under escort, to give... cash. Of course. Stay away.
Piqueo is a wonderful restaurant. the food is before place. the personal could not be more professional and yet friendly. I'm back.
Excellent, service and prices...no longer need to say. a curious note: the people here in medellin are definitiw casual in comparison to bogotá. prost. tom
I'm not sure they take walk-ins because, as they come from their car, the parking visitor asks if they have a reservation. I have no problem with having made a dinner reservation a week in advance for 20 o'clock, we were. immediately sat a table for two right at the bar, near the waiter service station. I have heard that this restaurant is large, but we have not removed more than 5 steps from the reception of the host. we were in a very fastidious not a relaxing part of the restaurant, where many of the employees wore dirty plates all around our table. I didn't like the table, but I didn't feel like asking for a better one. I was in the mood to relax for dinner, not responsible. I was quite surprised that this restaurant even have tables where our hotel was located! the waiter was polite, but mechanically we ordered to share a starter of grilled otopus. it came lukewarm I should have sent it back. but until this time I was just not so important because I quickly knew that tonight will not be the fine culinary experience I thought it would be. for my main course I had the sea-red, picked thunfish. this plate did not appear at all. it seemed like it was crushed in pieces by a blunt butter knife, it was sloppy! I ate it because it was perfect for eating. but. piqueo doesn't know what they do with meerrotem thun! my companion ordered the tres estaciones: fish, garnelen steak. we tried to tempt each other the enticing of his was okay. but it is not difficult to bake a white fish and throw them a steak on the grill then smash a non-identifiable white cream sauce over the entire dish. we had 2 glooms because I wanted to try out three courses here and knew I never returned. the chocolate volcano with ice is today on so many restaurant menus. they have made an average job here. I had a stacked desert called turron it was too sweet, without taste different than sugar. no time has anyone asked us how our food quality was. I was so ready to pay the bill that left this disappointing institution. when we left piqueo, everyone who could thank us for our business looked at the other direction of us. I don't know why, because we were very polite for them all, we complained about nothing we contained in the tipp. I took a few photos as we left, I will include them here with photos of our food. they will find that there is no flair for the presentation. we had no alcohol, the dinner cost us $66.
