Contribuiți la feedbackDelicious pastries! We stumbled on this place our first day here and were so pleasantly surprised The pandebono is delicious and the pastel de guayaba is incredible
I tell you, I had a very good image of the pastry shop but as a company they are surely not training the employees well, I ordered a mochaccino The saleswoman is very dear and kind, but she handles the Espresso machine very poorly. When she took out the base espresso, she did not change the spoon or refill, which means that she over-extracted the lancet, it was dirty, she did not clean it, she foamed the milk in a normal jug and that makes it It does not remain pearly, so the drink ends up being a simple latte but billed as a mochaccino and subsequently it does not clean the lancet either and the milk remains there with the dried chocolate adhered to it, which damages the flavor of future preparations. Really train the staff better and be a quality cafeteria not just renowned for no reason, good day
The coffee is served un paper cups, it has nothing to do with other santa elena. the milhojas was soft, nothing crustrated as it should be.
I’m only giving this location 4-stars because every time I go here (2-3x/month) the service girls act like it’s an imposition to make a couple of cups of coffee, and if you ask for extra Panela packets, even more so. Today I overheard a man spend 70 mil COP for a small bag of pastries and a cup of coffee (all to go). I’m not sure how one can spend 70 mil COP on a bag the size of a book but he did it. However the place is decent enough for a good cup of coffee, and pastries if you can eat them. Also has a clean bathroom and is located just off Parque Poblado. Sit on the outer patio to stay in the shade and cool!
A very quiet place to enjoy, super recommended
